Further, buxMAIL does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Accepting these Terms - You can accept these Terms by:

Limitatation of liabilities - In no event shall buxMAIL be liable for any damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the services and materials of buxMAIL, even if buxMAIL or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. We refrain from any responsibility towards the end-users or members of our customer's websites, including third party scripts like the forum.
Use of the service - You agree that you will not engage in any activity that disrupts or may interfere the service.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for any breach of your obligations under these Terms and for the consequence of such a breach.

Email retainment - A fair-use-policy (FUP) is applied to the usage of your buxMAIL account concerning the storage of your emails.
- As a consequence, buxMAIL reserved the right to limit or remove email from your Inbox without prior notice.
- Email stored in the 'Deleted items' folder can be removed at any moment without prior notice.
Account Termination - Accounts are automatically terminated after 30 days of inactivity (i.e. not logging in).
- Although we do not intent to, we remain the right to temporarily suspend or, in severe cases, terminate your account(s). Valid reasons are, but not limited to, spamming, displaying inappropriate/adult content, misuse of the system or identity theft.
Terms of Service modifications - buxMAIL may revise these terms at any time without notice. By using our services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms and conditions.
